Current gym vibes
What we do
This gym is a Functional Fitness setup. We have a large variety of free weights (barbells, plates, bumpers, racks, benches, strongman gear, gymnastics gear, dumbbells and kettlebells up to 100lbs, sandbags, sleds, and lots of room to lift and move).
WE DO NOT HAVE ANY STRENGTH MACHINES, MIRRORS, OR SHOWERS.
We do have unconventional cardio machines. Bikes, rowers, a curved treadmill, and a ski erg. Almost all of this equipment requires coaching to use safely. We do not currently have any coaches, so you need to have experience with this equipment.
24/7 keypad access for 50 a month. I keep the membership limited to ensure competency and avoid congestion. Message to apply.

open gym
Open Gym is unsupervised access to the facility. You have to know what you're doing and have a plan approved by a trainer. You will be responsible for opening and closing the building. If you're interested in Open Gym use the contact info at the bottom of this page.
